QA/QC Team Leader

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Quality Assurance: Establishing a company’s quality procedures, standards and specification.
  • Reviewing of all amendments and revisions based on customer requirements.
  • Control and distribution of all company quality documentation.
  • Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
  • Develop updated QA/QC process flow chart, QA/QC inspection form and method of statements for production of precast products and rectification of defects.
  • Attend all internal project meeting and coordinate all project quality requirements with customer.
  • Develop inspection and testing plan (ITP) for production of precast components according to customer requirements.
  • Confirm and coordination the approval of every new concrete mix design from HTC to customer.
  • Quality Control: Leading and verifying of products quality meets with pre-defined standard.
  • Leading and inspection of new and modified mould fixing work after installation by mould supplier.
  • Leading and inspection of all incoming raw materials (i.e. Rebar, PC wire, Concrete and Others) to compliance with customer’s requirements before using in production.
  • Leading the inspection of pre-pour stage, post-pour stage and pre-delivery stage according to the design specification.
  • Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
  • Confirm all quality inspection reports for compliance.
  • Coordination with production team to conduct investigations on quality deficiencies and to minimize the defects.
  • Solving customer complaints and giving advice and full customer service to client.
  • Refractory Maintenance: Leading for calibration of equipment and machine that used in QA/QC department for production of precast products.
  • OH&S and environment: Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations as OHS plan.
  • Communication: Systematic planning, implementing, monitoring and controlling of all QA/QC departmental matter of communication deal with internally and externally.
  • Innovation and continuous improvement: Willingness to learn and face new technological challenges to optimize the quality of precast components.
